When did you meet Alex?
“I had seen him a couple of times at school but he never really caught my eye. It was at the movies that I got attracted to him, so I started a conversation.”
Why did you break up?
“What’s the point of a relationship when there’s no trust? I think that’s what a relationship is based on, so that’s why I decided to end things, even though I really loved him. He never trusted me. I don’t know what I did wrong, I always showed him how much I actually loved him. I always tried to make him smile but somehow he had trust issues.”
Often referred as the mysterious quiet girl at school, Skylar is one of those girls you actually have to be close friends with to really get to know her. To the world she seems like a boring, nerdy and quiet girl who is hiding in her shell. Though, only her friends know who she really is. A funny, bubbly and hyper girl who can’t ever shut her mouth. She starts a conversation with one topic and ends up talking about it for hours and hours. When she starts talking, she just can’t shut up. Even though she talks a lot, secrets are always safe with her. She is one of the most trustworthy people and never has she told anyone’s secret. She’s always there to protect her friends and family, she hates it when people say shit about them and she’s most likely going to stop you from doing that, she always gets what she wants. She loves her twin sister a lot. Julia means a lot to her and she could do anything for her to make her happy. Sometimes she thinks that she is blessed with a sister like Julia, she shares a bond with her that she has with nobody else. They can tell each other everything. May it be rumors, feelings and even the darkest secrets, she knows it is safe with Julia.
When it comes to boys, she might just keep her distance from them. It’s not that she doesn’t like them, she just doesn’t find them as interesting as other things. Especially the jocks, she can’t stand them. The fact apart that she already hates arrogant people, she hates the thought of the jocks that they can get anything and any girl they want. “I do, a lot. I still feel bad about the break up and I do regret my decision at times. Actually, every minute of the day I still think about him. It’s like he’s never gone out of my mind and it’s really annoying nowadays. I want to see Alex so badly, but I know that will never happen.”
